HOW IT STARTED

Born in Chiapas Mexico, Onofre Vazquez has always loved the richness of his culture, inlcuding the colors, the traditional foods, and exquisite flavors that are well known in Mexico. He came to the United States at a young age, and it has always been his dream to share a piece of his culture with others. Now married with four children he enjoys sharing his culture with his family, having them taste different foods he loves that are not always available to try in the area. That is why he has been excited to open a Mexican restaurant and have his vision come to fruition. Cactus Grill Mexican Restaurant takes pride in using fresh ingredients in order to make authentic Mexican food.
